Please join us on the upcoming Premiere of the short movie “Ikilem” (Dilemma) directed by Vancouver Film School student Basak Buyukcelen. The movie’s actors are Ali Barkin and Cagri Berk and the movie is partly sponsored by Turkish Canadian Society.

Dear Turkish Canadian Society Members and Friends,
General Annual Meeting for the year of 2010 is scheduled for Sunday, January 24, 2010. As per our constitution only society members who have paid membership dues will be able to vote for the new board members. Those who would like to vote but will not be able to attend the meeting may choose to vote with a proxy. A copy of the official proxy is mailed as part of the Toplum magazine sent to all members in the month of January 2010. Alternatively a copy can be requested by emailing society’s official email address.
