Second Picnic – July 11th 2010
Dear Members and Friends,
Considering the requests we got from many members, we decided to move our second picnic to Sunday, July 11th, 2.00 – 6.00 pm, following the World Cup final game. We hope that this change will not cause any inconvenience for our members.

Date: July 11, 2010 – Sunday
Time: 2pm to 6pm
Location: Grass area at the west end of the “Spanish Banks” beach line towards the UBC.
Food: BBQ and Potluck.
This year Turkish Society will not be serving food to our members but tea and coffee will be provided free of charge for after-meal enjoyment.
Tents will be set up for potluck food and tables will be made available to members for use. Society will provide paper plates, plastic cutlery (forks and knives) and beverage cups.
Members are perfectly welcome to join the picnic with their own food only. It would be a good idea to supply your own BBQ (gas or coal) if you are planning on preparing meat, however if you are unable to bring your own BBQ with you, you will have the opportunity to use one of the BBQs that may become available.
